For creators
Publish the course. Keep the school.
One creator, one isolated school: your domain, your catalog, your students, your offers. You author the curriculum — Coursio carries playback, enrollment, payment state and proof of completion.

Sample data. Processing, empty and failed states render as themselves — the frame never reports a readiness the school does not have.

The school is yours down to the boundary
A Coursio school is a tenant, not a folder inside somebody else's product. There is no cross-school marketplace, no shared feed and no discovery surface that walks a student from your catalog into another creator's.
- Domain and brand
- Your custom host, logo, palette and storefront copy. Canonical school routes keep working behind it.
- Catalog and pricing
- Courses, offers, currency, access term and refund policy are set by you, per offer.
- Students and email list
- Learner identity is scoped to this school. Lifecycle email sends from your school, to your list.
- Community and proof
- Threads sit inside the course. Certificates carry your school's name and stay verifiable.
Coursio operators can provision a school, suspend one, read plan and platform-fee state, and export a tenant on request. They cannot browse your students, your threads or your revenue — and no other school can reach any of it.
Read the ownership termsFive gates from empty to open
The same checklist runs for every Coursio school. A gate you have not finished says so — it never quietly reads Ready.

Action required
Merchant of record and tax handling resolve per launch country, and video, storage and email allowances follow the provider decision. Coursio shows that state on the gate instead of assuming it — what is committed and what is still gated.
Curriculum
Author in modules, ship in lessons
Lessons are typed — video, rich text, audio, download, quiz — so the editor, the player and the progress rule all know what they are handling. Managed video reports Ready, Processing or Failed, and a failure stays visible with a retry until it clears.

A module with nothing in it says “No lessons yet — add the first” and offers the action. Empty is a state the product renders, not a blank panel it hides.
Two ledgers, and they never touch
What a learner pays your school is one relationship. What you pay Coursio is another. The product keeps them apart in the data, in the reporting and on the screen.
Ledger one
The learner pays your school
You set the offer. Price, currency, access term and refund policy stay yours, per offer, per course.

Ledger two
You pay Coursio
A monthly school plan plus a platform fee on course sales. That is the whole software relationship — no revenue share on top, no per-seat surprise.

Landing on a success page is not access. Enrollment is written when the payment event verifies — so the refunded order above closed its course the same day, and the failed one never opened one.
Your student is enrolled in your school, not in Coursio
One sign-in, one enrollment record, and everything downstream is scoped by it — not by a link somebody forwarded.
- Playback is signed per enrollment
- Access expires with the order. A revoked enrollment closes the lesson the same day.
- Progress and quizzes belong to the course
- Per-lesson completion, attempts and scores — readable by you, never by another school.
- Community sits inside the course
- Threads are scoped to the course inside your school. No cross-school feed, no public discovery.

No learner email, no order id, no school revenue. A code either resolves to a real completion or it does not — and it keeps resolving after you export and move on.
Certificate signing-key custody is still an open decision and is documented as such, not implied.
Open the school this week.
Register, brand it, publish one course, open an offer. The fifth gate — payouts — is the only one that waits on somebody other than you.
School plans
No school plan is published yet
Plans are read from the live plan record. Nothing is shown here until one is published.
The plan is billed to you, the school owner. The platform fee applies to course sales only. Video, storage and email allowances read Configuration required after provider PoC until that decision lands — no plan on this page claims unlimited anything.
